In this webinar, Reilly shares with us the story of her academic and career paths in the Environmental and Social Sciences, to her current role as a Project Manager for an interdisciplinary team of 20. This narrative provides both a personal account, as well as the specific hiring-language and practices used by her institution, and serves as a jumping off point for discussing how institutions are creating and sustaining these roles and the people in them. She also shares some lessons-learned from project management in academia.
